Currency and EU VAT

You have the choice to pay in GBP, Euros or US dollars. The site will select one depending on your location, the default for other countries is GBP. You can change this using the currency switcher on the left bar. To find this on mobiles select ‘shop/products’ from the menu, then ‘filter’ . You should then see the options bar with the currency switcher. 

Currencies are update daily using the current exchange rate from the European central bank. 

Free postage rates will adjust automatically to whichever currency you use. The basket will also tell you how much more you need to spend to receive free shipping. 

We now use the ioss system for EU orders. This means you pay your local vat rate at checkout, but there will be no customs, handling or tax charges when you receive your orde! Just like ordering anywhere in the EU. This means your order arrives faster with no issues and you can order without worrying about hidden charges!

All our orders are sent in sturdy solid boxes with void fill. You might even find some free sweets in there if you’re lucky!

Delivery times.

Please note delivery times are estimates only! We ship via the Royal mail.

U.K – 2-3 days on average.

R.O.W-  7-14 days on average. 

Please allow 28 days for delivery. The above times are guidelines and a number of factors can delay post including customs where applicable. Your post may be delayed if you are not in to collect it, the parcel may be awaiting collection from your local P.O.

Ordering.

Ordering is easy online, simply add your items to the basket and checkout. Postage will be calculated automatically. 

Checkout using Paypal, even if you don’t have a Paypal account, or simply wish to pay with a card, you can do this by selecting ‘pay with debit/credit card’ or ‘checkout as guest’ once you are transferred to the Paypal payment page. 

All prices are in GBP (British pounds). Paypal will automatically convert the price to your local currency, you’ll be able to see the total in your currency before completing the purchase. 

Upon checkout you have the option of completing an account or not. Either way you’ll receive email updates on the status of your order so you know when it’s shipped out.

We generally ship once or twice a week, so orders are shipped within 7 days of being placed. 

Black Scorpion is a small company and therefor no VAT is added to any of our products. 

Returns.

Should you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped simply email us via the contact form and we’ll cancel and refund you via Paypal with no hassle. 

Should you wish to return your order once it has shipped, please contact us within 14 dates of receipt to let us know and we’ll give you the return address. Return postage falls on the buyer. Once we receive the order back here we’ll refund your money via Paypal. 

Order errors, miscasts.

We pride ourselves on our quality control but occasionally mistakes happen! If there’s any problem with your order, wrong item, broken part, missing item etc please let us know and we’ll make sure we put it right as soon as possible!
